Shipping Costs
U.S. Mainland(ContiguousUnitedStates)
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. mainland orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no
hidden fees.
Non-U.S. Mainland & International Orders
We provide a flat $25 shipping rate for all orders shipped outside of the U.S. mainland, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included
in the shipping charge.
If any optional expedited shipping methods are offered in the future, those may incur additional charges. Any
such costs will be clearly presented at checkout before payment.
Order Processing & Handling Time
-Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day when possible.
- Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Standard handling time: 2–3 business days.
Delivery & Transit Time
After processing, your order will be shipped using a trusted carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to residential and commercial addresses.
- PO Box delivery is supported where permitted by the selected carrier.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to: - an incorrect or incomplete delivery address - failure to collect from a pickup location - refusal of delivery we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for returned orders will exclude any additional shipping expenses incurred.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist with a resolution or claim with the carrier.
