Timber Brands offers a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery for products purchased directly from
timberbrandsusa.com.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery, including defects in:
Materials
Workmanship
Assembly
If a product is determined to be defective within this period, Timber Brands will, at its discretion:
Replace the defective item, or
Issue a refund if a replacement is not available
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Our products are crafted from real wood, bamboo, and other natural materials. As a result:
Variations in color, grain, texture, or pattern are normal and expected
Minor natural characteristics or surface variations are not considered defects
Changes caused by environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, moisture exposure, normal play,
or aging are not defects
These characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from use or play
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, moisture exposure, or use outside intended play
Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality
Damage resulting from alterations, customization, or modifications made after delivery
Products purchased through authorized retailers or third-party sellers are subject to the return and warranty policies of the original seller. Timber Brands may require customers to contact the retailer directly for resolution.
Customized Products
Many Timber Brands products are custom-made or personalized, including laser-engraved items created
specifically based on customer-provided details.
Because these products are customized:
They are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons such as preference changes, spelling errors
provided by the customer, or design approval after productionCustomers are responsible for verifying all personalization details before placing an order
However, customized products are still covered under this warranty if they arrive with a manufacturing
defect, engraving error caused by Timber Brands, or damage incurred during production or shipment.
