    Confirm the final artwork, quantities, delivery details, and order terms with our team. Flag any individual names or different designs.

  4. Bring it to life.

    Once your order is confirmed and ready for production, we’ll engrave your bricks and prepare them for delivery.

Do I need a quote, or can I order online?

For one design in a listed pack quantity, use our online customizer. Request a quote for larger quantities, mixed designs, individual personalization, or bamboo.

Can each brick have a different name or design?

Yes. Include the total quantity and the names or design variations in your quote request. Standard online packs repeat the same design.

Can you engrave both sides?

Yes. For your bulk order, include the artwork or text for each side so we can review your layout and include it in the quote.

Will my logo be engraved in its original colors?

Laser engraving creates your design in the wood rather than printing the colors in your artwork. Natural grain and engraving tones can vary between pieces.

Can I order custom bamboo bricks?

Yes. Bamboo orders are available by quote. Include your preferred format, quantity, design, delivery destination, and required arrival date.

How long will my bulk order take?

Timing depends on the quantity, material, and design requirements. We confirm production and delivery timing with your quote. Include the date you need the order to arrive, especially for an event.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Include your country and postal code in your quote request. International delivery times vary, and customs duties or import taxes may apply. See our shipping policy for details.

Is bulk ordering the same as wholesale?
