When will my custom order arrive?

The quantities listed on our website typically need 2–3 business days of production and include free shipping. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination.

Larger quantities outside the listed options may need 3–5 business days of production. Timing for custom bulk orders depends on quantity and is confirmed with your quote.

Have an event date? Contact us before ordering with your quantity, delivery location, and required arrival date so we can confirm timing.

What is the minimum order?

Custom wooden bricks and keychains start at 5. Earrings start with 1 pair.

Can I use my own logo or text?

Yes. Add your text, upload your artwork as a PNG or JPG, or use both.

A transparent PNG avoids a white box around your artwork in the preview. Backgrounds are not removed automatically. Review your artwork, spelling, and placement before adding your design to the cart.

Can you engrave both sides?

Yes. Engraving both sides requires a custom quote. Contact us with your quantity and the design for each side so we can confirm pricing and production time.

Can each brick have a different name or design?

We can arrange different names or designs as a custom request. Contact us before ordering with your quantity and the names or designs you want to include, so we can quote your project.
