About these terms.

Timber Brands LLC operates timberbrandsusa.com. In these terms, “Timber Brands,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Timber Brands LLC. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.

These terms apply to website use and purchases made directly through timberbrandsusa.com. Review them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must have the legal capacity and authorization to make the purchase, including authority to act for a business or organization when ordering on its behalf.

These policies form part of the purchase terms and provide the details for their respective subjects. A separate written agreement accepted by you and Timber Brands controls any specific order terms it expressly changes, subject to applicable law.

Orders, pricing & payment.

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the products, quantity, personalization, and total before submitting your order.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout. International customs duties, import taxes, and related destination charges are addressed in our shipping policy. Payment options and processing information are explained in our payment policy.

Availability and order issues

Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. If an item is unavailable, an order contains an unresolved pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorized, or submitted content appears unlawful or infringing, we may contact you for clarification or decline or cancel the affected order.

We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any related charges that must be refunded.

For bulk orders, bamboo products, or projects requiring a quote, contact us to confirm your requirements, pricing, and timing before purchasing.

Custom engraving & your artwork.

Review your design

You are responsible for checking customer-supplied names, spelling, dates, text, artwork, placement, and other personalization details before submitting your order or approving a proof, when one is provided.

On-screen previews illustrate the design. Natural wood grain, engraving tone, and screen settings can affect how a finished item appears. These variations do not excuse a manufacturing defect or an engraving error caused by Timber Brands.

Permission to reproduce your materials

By submitting a logo, photograph, illustration, text, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed for Timber Brands to reproduce it for your order. This includes any necessary permission from a business, copyright owner, trademark owner, or person shown in an image.

Ownership of your submitted artwork remains with you or its existing rights holder. You grant Timber Brands a nonexclusive permission to use, reproduce, resize, convert, and share that material with service providers only as reasonably needed to quote, prepare, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

This order-related permission does not transfer ownership of your artwork or, by itself, authorize its separate use in advertising. Any separate marketing permission must be obtained independently.

We may request evidence of permission or decline material we reasonably believe infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Delivery, changes & returns.

Production and shipping

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Review our shipping and delivery policy and any timing confirmed for your order. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery for a particular date.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and an opportunity to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check the order’s production status. Once engraving or production has begun, a requested change or cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Changes of mind, customer-supplied spelling or artwork errors, and design preferences do not qualify for a custom-product refund. An engraving error caused by Timber Brands is reviewed as a workmanship issue.

Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, with prior authorization. See the returns and refunds policy for the full requirements.

Report a delivery issue

Report damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries within seven calendar days of delivery. For an undelivered package, contact us within seven calendar days of its expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description, and relevant photos.

These reporting windows are separate from our manufacturing-defect warranty and do not shorten any rights you have under applicable law. The custom-product return restriction does not remove rights relating to non-delivery, orders we cancel, or other remedies required by law.

Product use & warranty.

Follow the age guidance, instructions, and warnings supplied with the product. Choose products suitable for the intended user and provide supervision where appropriate. Keep products with small parts away from children for whom they present a choking hazard.

Natural materials vary in grain, color, texture, and engraving appearance. Normal variations are part of the material’s character. Concerns about damage, workmanship, or function should be directed to our team.

Products purchased directly from Timber Brands are covered by our 30-day limited product warranty for manufacturing defects, subject to its coverage terms. Review that page for exclusions, claim instructions, and available remedies.

Our written warranty is additional to consumer protections that apply by law. These terms do not disclaim implied warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or reduce mandatory protections for defective or nonconforming goods.

Brand rights & customer reviews.

Our intellectual property

Timber Brands’ website content and brand materials are owned by Timber Brands LLC or used with permission. Customer-submitted artwork and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

You may browse and share links to the website. Copying our original images, text, or other protected materials for commercial use requires permission, except where the law permits that use. Nothing in these terms grants a license to manufacture products under our patents or use our trademarks.

Our patents and product marking page identifies the listed patents, associated products, and registered trademarks. Patent rights are defined by the issued claims and applicable law.

Your reviews

You retain ownership of the reviews you submit. By submitting a review for publication on this website, you give us nonexclusive permission to display it with the identifying information you choose to publish and to format it without changing its meaning.

Nothing in these terms prevents an honest review or requires you to give up ownership of your review. We may moderate unlawful content, spam, or content that exposes another person’s private information.

Website use, accounts & privacy.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or another customer’s use of it.

If you create an account, keep your information current and protect your login credentials. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or material misuse of the website.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not submit full payment-card details, security codes, or account passwords through our contact forms or by email.

Links to other websites

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or operations. Linking to a third-party resource does not make it part of Timber Brands or imply endorsement.

Legal terms & your rights.

Limits of liability

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by a defective product, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not remove our express warranty obligations, required refunds, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Responsibility for unlawful submissions

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Timber Brands for reasonable losses, costs, and legal expenses arising from third-party claims caused by your submission of materials you had no right to authorize us to reproduce, or by your intentional unlawful use of the website.

This obligation applies only to the extent the claim results from your conduct. It does not require you to cover losses caused by Timber Brands’ negligence, misconduct, or breach of its obligations.

Governing law and courts

Texas law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes relating to these terms may be brought in the state or federal courts in Texas with appropriate jurisdiction. Where legally enforceable, those courts are the agreed venue.

This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the laws of their place of residence or a right to bring a claim in another court where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.

Updates and remaining provisions

We may update these terms and will identify the revised date on this page. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change the agreed terms of an existing order without a lawful basis or your agreement.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it on another.

Nothing in these terms restricts rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.
