Which products can I customize?
Choose Standard 2×4 bricks, Plus 2×2 bricks, Plus 2×4 bricks, wooden brick keychains, or wooden brick earrings. Add your own design to the product you select.

How big are the bricks?
Dimensions below are length × width × height:
- Standard 2×4
- 1.25″ × 0.63″ × 0.38″
- Plus 2×2
- 1.25″ × 1.25″ × 15/16″
- Plus 2×4
- 2.5″ × 1.25″ × 15/16″
The 2×2 and 2×4 names describe the stud layout. Keychains and earrings use the Standard 2×4 brick size, excluding hardware. The usable engraving area is smaller than the full brick dimensions.
Will Timber Brands bricks connect with LEGO® bricks?
Standard bricks are LEGO®-compatible. Plus bricks are compatible with the larger LEGO® DUPLO® format. Choose the format that matches the bricks you already use.
What materials do you use?
Our wooden bricks use FSC-certified natural wood. Grain and color give each piece its own character. Custom bamboo bricks are also available by quote.

Can I buy bricks with a design already on them?
Yes. Our pre-engraved gifts and sets feature designs you can choose without creating your own artwork. Browse by product or occasion and review the contents of your selected set.
Are Timber Figures, baseplates, and building sets available?
Timber Figures, baseplates, and complete building sets are coming soon. Watch for collection details and release announcements. Custom wooden bricks, engraved gifts, and custom bamboo orders are available today.
Customization & artwork
Make your words, artwork, or logo your own.
How do I create a custom brick?
Choose a product and quantity, then open the customizer. Add text, icons, your artwork, or a QR code and arrange them in the live preview. Review spelling, layout, engraving options, and the price before checkout.
Which artwork files can I upload?
The online customizer accepts PNG and JPG images. Use clear artwork with strong contrast and a transparent or plain white background. Check the preview after uploading, especially if you remove the background.
Have a different file type or need help preparing a logo? Ask our team before ordering.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. The live preview shows your layout as you create it. Check names, spelling, positioning, and both sides if you select back engraving. The finished wood grain and engraving tone can vary from the preview.
Can I engrave both sides?
Yes. Select optional back engraving in the customizer, then switch between Front and Back to create each design. The option applies to each brick in the selected pack. Review the additional cost before checking out.
Will my logo be engraved in its original colors?
Your design is laser engraved into the wood, so uploaded colors are not reproduced as printed colors. Use the preview to check the engraving layout. Natural grain and engraving tones vary between pieces.
Can I add a QR code?
Yes. Enter your website address in the customizer to create a QR code. Position the code inside the engraving guide and keep its surrounding clear border free of text and artwork. You can also put it on the back when back engraving is selected.
Check that the address opens the page you want. Once your bricks arrive, scan a finished brick with your phone before sharing it.
What makes a clear engraving?
Simple shapes, readable lettering, strong contrast, and space between details work well. Keep the design inside the engraving guide. For a detailed logo or a longer message, consider a larger Plus brick.

Can you help with my artwork or idea?
Yes. Share your artwork or describe what you want to create. Include the brick format, quantity, and any deadline so we can discuss the options for your project.
Bulk & bamboo orders

What is the minimum order?
Custom wooden bricks and keychains start at 5. Custom earrings start at 1 pair. Select an available quantity on the product page to see the current price.
For quantities beyond the listed options, request a custom quote.
Can each brick have a different name or design?
Yes, through a custom quote. Online customizer packs use the same design on every brick. For individual names or mixed designs, tell us your total quantity and how the designs will differ.
Can I order bamboo bricks now?
Yes. Custom bamboo bricks are available by quote. Tell us the product, estimated quantity, artwork or message, delivery destination, and any required arrival date.
How do I get a bulk or custom quote?
Choose Request a quote on our contact page. Include your preferred product and material, estimated quantity, design details, delivery location, and deadline. Mention any different names or designs needed within the order.
Can I order for a business, school, or event?
Yes. Create branded gifts, classroom designs, donor recognition, team keepsakes, wedding favors, and more. Order a listed pack online when one design fits your needs. Use a custom quote for larger quantities or individual personalization.
Shipping & timing
Know what to expect before your event or delivery.
How long will my order take?
In-stock custom pack orders typically take 2–3 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Larger orders and projects with mixed designs have timing confirmed with the quote.
For an event, allow time for both production and delivery. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm arrival date.
Where do you ship, and is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free to the contiguous U.S. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations; additional shipping charges apply.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Use it to follow the shipment with the carrier. If you cannot find your shipping email or need help with a delivery, send us your order number.
Can you help if I need my order for a specific date?
Contact us before placing the order. Share your required arrival date, delivery destination, quantity, and design needs so we can review timing for your project. Please confirm the schedule with our team before relying on a particular delivery date.

Wood & product care
A little care for the pieces you keep and share.
How should I clean my wooden bricks?
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, then let the bricks dry fully. Do not soak or submerge them. Keep moisture exposure brief to protect the natural wood, and store the bricks in a dry place between uses.
Will every brick look exactly the same?
Natural wood and bamboo vary in grain, color, and texture. Engraving tones can vary too, even when pieces carry the same design. These natural differences are part of each brick’s character.
Can I draw, color, or paint on my wooden bricks?
Yes. The uncoated natural wood surface can be personalized with colored pencils, crayons, markers, and paints or stains suitable for wood. Test your chosen material on a small area, follow its directions, and let wet finishes dry fully before handling or building.
Marks may remain in the grain even when a marker is labeled erasable. Explore ways to make wood your own.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check the order’s production status. Once engraving has begun, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
Contact our team within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. For a lost or undelivered package, contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will review what happened and help with the next steps.

Can I return a customized product?
Custom engraved and personalized products are made specifically for your order. They are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have a manufacturing defect. A change of mind, design preference, or error in the personalization details you supplied does not qualify.
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error caused by Timber Brands, contact our team with your order number and photos. See our returns and refunds page and product warranty for the review process and applicable terms.
What is the return policy for non-custom products?
Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Contact our team for authorization and instructions before sending an item back.

Is there a product warranty?
Products purchased directly from Timber Brands have a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects. See the product warranty for coverage, exclusions, and claim details.
